GoldTanners Terms and Conditions

1. Product Information & Use

GoldTanners provides topical cosmetic tanning creams and oils designed to moisturize the skin and accelerate the tanning process during UV exposure (indoor tanning or natural sunlight).

  • Our products are for external use only.

  • Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.

  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

2. NO SPF (Sun Protection Factor) Warning

IMPORTANT: All GoldTanners products—including tanning creams, oils, and moisturizers—DO NOT contain SPF (Sun Protection Factor).

  • These products provide no protection against sunburn or UV radiation.

  • These products do not prevent the long-term risks of skin aging or skin cancer associated with UV exposure.

  • We strongly recommend users understand their own skin type and limit UV exposure accordingly to avoid burning. Use of these products without a separate sunscreen is at the user's own risk.

3. Patch Testing

We recommend that all customers perform a small patch test 24 hours before full application to ensure no allergic reactions occur. GoldTanners is not responsible for individual skin reactions to ingredients.

4. Indoor & Outdoor Tanning Usage

While our products are formulated for use during indoor tanning and in natural sunlight, users must follow all safety guidelines and timing limits set by indoor tanning facilities or health authorities. GoldTanners is not liable for any skin damage resulting from excessive or improper use of indoor tanning equipment or natural sunlight.

5. Results Disclaimer

Tanning results will vary from person to person based on skin type, melanin levels, and the duration of UV exposure. GoldTanners does not guarantee a specific shade or result.

6. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping: We aim to process orders within 3-5 working days. GoldTanners is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Returns: Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldTanners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to skin irritation, sunburn, or health issues arising from UV exposure.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
